Is there a website for the UMUC Inn and Conference Center?

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, there will be a cash bar available throughout the evening.

What will the cost of the event cover?

The ticket price covers the cost of the entire reunion (since as public school students, there is no magical pot of money to start with). This includes the facility rental, setup and bartender fee, dinner for everyone (the menu is now posted on our website), dancing to a DJ, a small amount of advertising, making invitations, postage, and decorations.

Is there a difference in cost for children, are children invited?

We have not specifically invited children. We think that most parents will look at the format of an elegant evening event and decide they would rather be free to enjoy themselves. If parents feel that this event is appropriate for their children and will be available to appropriately supervise them, they are welcome to bring them at the regular ticket price.

Will there be any memorabilia there?

We are planning to produce a slide show that will showcase pictures of classmates from our high school years. We also plan to give out a favor for each attendee.

Can I make a contribution to the class? If I do, what will it cover?

Anyone is welcome to make a contribution to our class. Donations will go toward current reunion expenses. Any money left over from the reunion will be used to cover hosting costs for the class website and/or invested to help cover the expense of a 15/20 year reunion.
